Whether you’re looking for Savannah honeymoon suites or room enough for an exclusive Savannah wedding reception, Luxury Living Savannah will happily and comfortably accommodate up to 93 guests. All properties are within walking distance of downtown Savannah attractions where you and your guests can take in the peaceful tranquility and southern charm of this lively small town. Once the wedding is over, then take a romantic honeymoon at one of our luxury beach vacation rental homes or suites.

Cancellation Policy for Large Groups Renting the Forsyth Park House, Washington Square House, and/or Wedding Cake Mansion properties:

  • No Refunds / No Cancellations
  • 50% security deposit is due on booking. The remaining 50% is due 31 days prior to reserved date.
  • Event fees and deposits are non-refundable.
  • 100% refund if property is rebooked for your cancelled dates minus a $50 processing fee.

Note: this applies to the Main House, Carriage House and Garden Suite if rented by the same group. Not just the Main House.
