Payment Terms:
50% of rental amount and the security deposit are due on booking. The remaining 50% is due 31 days before reserved date.
Security deposit:
- $500.00 for nightly and weekly rentals. Monthly rental is ½ month's rent.
Cancellation:
- 60 Days Prior:
100% refund minus a $50.00 processing fee.
- 30 - 59 Days Prior:
50% refund minus a $50.00 processing fee.
- 0 - 29 Days Prior:
NO REFUND
- 100% refund if property is rebooked for your cancelled dates minus a $50 processing fee
